Scuba Diving, Dive Course Certification, Conservation Center

Nature Island Dive is located in Soufriere, Dominica on the shore of the Soufriere Scott’s Head Marine Reserve. We offer scuba diving, dive certification courses, and snorkeling in the beautiful southwest of the Nature Island of the Caribbean, DOMINICA.

Our passion is the sea and we love to share it with you! Our conservation efforts include Lionfish control, REEF surveys, reef monitoring, mooring installation and maintenance, and Coral Conservation. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the incredible beauty of Dominica’s underwater world, so we work hard every day both to preserve it and to introduce people to it.

We are well-known for diving in very small groups and for our personalised customer service. Once you hand us your gear, we take care of it for you for the rest of your stay: we set it up on the boat at the beginning of each dive day, and then we rinse, dry and store it for you until the next day.

Our team has been diving in the Marine Reserve since 1994 and we have a bucketful of expertise: fish Id, coral ID, conservation, marine protection, macro photography, critter photography, lionfish control and more.

Excellent dive center. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Diving in the bay and Scott’s head was great in march 2026. Saw at least one turtle every day. Was lucky to see seahorse , eagle ray and nurse shark.

Dive boats are well equipped and maintained. Boats are busy but not crammed full of divers.

I was impressed by the staff both above and below water. A very professional outfit. One of the best dive operations I have ever dealt with. If there was a sixth star they would get it.

One of the most professional dive shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. As an OWSI, my standards are pretty high but this shop was equally as comfortable with beginners as seasoned divers.

The staff was fun and seemed genuinely excited to be on each dive with us. Also, can’t beat the fact that they help run a coral conservation project and actively treat coral during the dives.
